How do you treat your back working as a developer?

Learn with Natalie Sleiers about the importance of keeping a good posture while working on a computer for long periods of time. Avoid back pain and stiffness with the easy-to-do exercises that will be taught to you during the presentation.
The presentation will be followed by a q/a that gives developers and office workers the chance to ask questions about their experience with back and shoulders problems and other struggles related to working posture.

Facilitator:

Natalie Sleiers - Health coach, personal trainer and laboratory technician. Natalie is 45 years old and the holder of 5 Swedish records in powerlifting combined with both silver in the World championships. Natalie is a personal trainer and coach at MindMix. MindMix focuses on the well being of the entire body, not only including work out and training but also focusing on nutrition.
