Think Tank: Loss of privacy in exchange for free services

About “a study that discusses the relationship between “loss of privacy in exchange for free services”.

In this regard,  I am tackling the development of post- dot com bubble organizations, such as Google, Facebook and related, which have heavily influenced the design of the new economic order, by bringing the “free service” as a natural offer to individuals. As a result, we have come to a point where free services have striped us off privacy.
The study focuses on a recent book published by a famous IT/sociologist named Shoshana Zuboff, who has taken the world by storm with her revelation on Surveillance Capitalism”

Speaker: Miranda Kajtazi
