Lars Kronfält a DevOps practitioner, ultra runner and IASA Sweden board member with +20 years in IT is sharing his experience of applying methodologies and strategies to breakdown and accomplish far stretched goals.

This talk is about how a person with low chance of success due to asthma, allergies, knee surgery, diabetes and little history of physical exercise uses his experience and knowledge from DevOps ways of working combined with strategies from infrastructure architecture to completing a 100k footrace.

A non technical sharing and inspiring talk as a metaphor of deliver seemingly impossible business cases while pushing body and mind in constant learning.

Lars Kronfält – a DevOps practitioner, ultra runner and IASA Sweden board member with +20 years in IT. Experiences of multiple roles from engineer, architect, manager to CIO in multiple industries including hosting, telecom/broadband, retail and now working in a DevOps context in a software company building online sportsbooks, holding certifications of CITA-A, ITIL, CKA, LFCE, LFCS and is a member of IASA Global, SNUS, ISOC-SE.
