2 women in tech: A story of change

Anca and Cris started as unicorns in a predominantly male dominated industry such as technology. They ploughed through biases and inequality and it seems like they made it. How? Were they lucky or they found some strategies? They want to share what they learnt on the way with you. It will be a quite practical presentation with learnings from their journeys, some data, but predominantly, there will be some tips on how to cope with unfair situations you may be experiencing in your everyday life and many ideas on how to better your surroundings.
Regardless of gender, we all can make it. There is hope and we, all together, can change the world.

Please note that we are all bias, so this presentation will be valuable to you regardless of which gender you choose to identify with.

**This event will also be live streamed on YouTube, so anyone can watch it here without signup: https://www.youtube.com/FooCafeOrgMalmo/live
