Being an UX coach in an organization that has through years had higher focus on delivering software to internal customers, than thinking of the user experience, is a challenge. - What is my role? How do you go about? How do you make UX accessible for the complete army and not only for the elite force?

Working with UX/ID/UE since the middle of the 90-ties both national and international, I will talk about my experience from a year at Verisure as a UX coach, a dream mission. Giving you a glimpse of our challenges and a success story that only has started. I also would like to open up for a discussion on the subject: how can we make UX more accessible in organisations today not letting it be an elite force activity?
