This is a special event for organizers of interest and user groups.
Whether you are a new community leader or have many years experience, join this workshop about how to make your Foo Café events engaging for your audience.
This is a great opportunity to learn more if you have not yet organized an event with us, but would like some help getting started.
Every event you host is a learning moment. Creating a seminar is different from a workshops, hackathon, or pitch night. We ask all of you to share your experiences, learn from each other, and help other communities thrive.
16.00-16.15 – Meet and Greet
16.15-16.30 – Workshop introduction
16.30-17.30 – Workshop - From invitation to successful event
What tools do we have to shape an event? Can we pick who will attend? Will we know what they will expect from the event? This workshop will share the Foo Café experiences hands on. We will also learn, create and share together. Since there will be both partners and community leaders in this workshop there will hopefully be a lot of new fruitful discussions.
Workshop leader: Ester Ytterbrink is a software developer with a passion for post-its and knowledge sharing.
17.30-........ – Something lighter to eat and drink
