You could say that Magnus Andersson of Ideate has seen it all. He’s worked in software development at companies like BlackBerry, ustwo, and King as a developer, a project manager, scrum master, team coach, and agile coach. He’s seen
good teamwork and bad teamwork – and both good leaders and the not-so-good.
All that experience has taught Magnus what he likes and how to build strong teams. He likes strong effective teams, built on people and relationships. Teams where people trust each other and strive towards the same goal. Teams to which people enjoy belonging and where they like to work.
Magnus will share his experience by basing his talk on 3-5 real world
cases that either failed or succeeded. There will be exercises, time for reflection, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
As always, there will be time to grab a drink and say hello before we start followed by a break between the two presentations, where we’ll provide a drink and something to eat.
We look forward to seeing you!
This event takes place at NOHO, Flæsketorvet 28, Copenhagen
